Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please follow these times to ensure sufficient cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

Respect quiet hours from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbourhood.
Possesion or usage of illegal drugs is prohibited inside the premises.
Kindly limit smoking to the balconies of your respective rooms; smoking is prohibited in the common areas.
Clean up after Yourself
Kindly ensure to tidy up after yourself. Maintain cleanliness in the common areas, encompassing the pantry, living room, and shared spaces. Please use pantry items such as the kettle, bowls,plates, spoons, forks, coffee cups, glasses and appliances within the specified limits. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please use the sink for washing, specifically for cleaning bowls, spoons, forks, plates, glasses and coffee cups after usage.
Guest Policy
Guests are welcome but must be registered with the host. Overnight guests may be subject to an additional fee.
